| The Alzheimer’s Association is the world leader in Alzheimer’s research and support. Our vision is a world without Alzheimer’s. Based in Syracuse with offices in Endicott, Utica and Watertown, the Central New York Chapter provides programs and services in support of the nearly 46,000 people in our region living with Alzheimer’s. Our core services include: • Information and referral services, which encompasses a 24-hour telephone helpline, language interpretation service and resource library • Family and professional caregiver education trainings • Family care consultations • Caregiver and early-stage support groups • Safe Return, the association’s national safety and identification program • The Kirkpatrick Day Program, a social-model adult day center located adjacent to our Chapter office in Syracuse For more information about the chapter, visit alzcny.org or call 800-272-3900. |
